RALEIGH, N.C. — Shaw University Athletics announced its 2026 women's soccer schedule, highlighted by three exhibition contests, 18 regular-season matches and postseason opportunities at the CIAA Championship and USCAA National Championships.

The Lady Bears will open the year with three exhibition matches, beginning Aug. 8 against Eagles FC at 1 p.m. Shaw will then host Chowan University on Aug. 13 at 2 p.m. at WRAL Soccer Park before closing exhibition play Aug. 22 at Louisburg College.

Shaw officially opens the regular season Aug. 28 on the road against the University of Mount Olive. The Lady Bears will also travel to Barton College on Sept. 2 and Methodist University on Sept. 6 before hosting Lincoln University (Pa.) on Sept. 7 at 1:30 p.m. at WRAL Soccer Park.

The Lady Bears' September home slate features match ups against Ferrum College on Sept. 9 at Durham County Memorial Stadium, Allen University (S.C.) on Sept. 13 for Senior Day at Durham County Memorial Stadium, Palm Beach Atlantic University on Sept. 22 at WRAL Soccer Park and Carolina University on Sept. 25 at WRAL Soccer Park. Shaw also will travel to Pfeiffer University on Sept. 11.

In October, Shaw will host Barton College on Oct. 2 and Bluefield State University on Oct. 7 at WRAL Soccer Park before traveling to Carolina University on Oct. 10. The Lady Bears return home Oct. 14 to face Emory & Henry University at Durham County Memorial Stadium before closing the month with four consecutive road matches at Virginia State University, Greensboro College, Allen University (S.C.) and Bluefield State University.

Shaw wraps up the regular season Nov. 2 against Edward Waters University at Durham County Memorial Stadium.

The CIAA Championship is scheduled for Nov. 7-8, followed by the USCAA National Championships from Nov. 14-16.
