RALEIGH, N.C. (March 2) – The Shaw University women's track & field team starts the 2023 outdoor season this weekend.
The Lady Bears will compete in the UNCW Seahawk Invitational, which will be held Friday, March 3 and Saturday, March 4, in Wilmington, N.C. The meet begins at 10 a.m. each day at the Harold Greene Track & Field Complex on the UNC Wilmington campus.
The meet is the first of nine this season for the Lady Bears, led by interim Head Coach Kevin Howell.
The Shaw U Invitational, hosted by the Lady Bears, highlight the 2023 outdoor schedule. It will be held March 17-18 at Durham County Stadium in Durham, N.C.
