SALEM, VA – Thea Schillaci of Shaw earned All-CIAA recognition for the second straight year on Thursday during the awards ceremony at the CIAA Cross Country Championships on the Green Hill Park course.

Schillaci was named to the 2023 All-CIAA team for placing seventh in the women's 5K championship race. The all-conference squad consists of the top 15 finishers.

Schillaci, a sophomore from Gap, France, posted a time of 19:32.2 in the race.
