SALISBURY, NC -  The Shaw University Lady Bears tennis team remain undefeated in CIAA action as they defeated the host Livingstone College Blue Bears 4-0 in a CIAA Southern Division matchup Sunday afternoon. 

Shaw got out to an early lead picking up their first point sweeping all three doubles matchups. The Lady Bears took wins in the sixth singles spot due to the Blue Bears only fielding five players. Shaw clinched the match with singles wins in the fifth and fourth singles slots as the top three were all unfinished with the Lady Bears having enough points for the win. 

The Lady Bears improve to 10-3 overall and 6-0 in CIAA action. Shaw returns to action Thursday, March 28 as they host Salem University. First serve is slated for 1 PM at Worthdale Park.
