Smith Sweeps CIAA Monthly Bowling Honors

RALEIGH, N.C. (March 18) - Shaw University freshman Brooke Smith was named CIAA Bowler of the Month and CIAA Rookie Bowler of the Month on Thursday.

Smith finished first at the CIAA Event III in Bowie, Md., on March 10-12. She posted a tournament-best average of 193.00 and a total pinfall count of 1,737 at the event.

Smith and her teammates will compete at the 2023 CIAA Bowling Championship on March 25-26 in Salem, Va.
