D'Amani Gadson went 2-for-3 with a double and an RBI, but the Shaw Lady Bears still came up short on Wednesday, and fell to the William Peace Pacers by a final of 7-4.
Gadson (1-2) got the ball to start for Shaw (2-2) and took the loss.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Lady Bears got on the board immediately, starting their scoring with one run in the top of the first inning.

Nyema Charity came across to score the lone run of the inning for Shaw, which brought the Lady Bears lead to 4-2. The Lady Bears were unable to hold the lead, as William Peace scored five times over the remaining three innings to grab the 7-4 win.
