Lynch Selected for CSC Inclusion Fellowship Class of 2025-26

Shaw University Director of Athletic Communications Antoine Lynch has been named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) 2025-26 Inclusion Fellowship class, a national program that highlights and develops rising leaders in athletic communications while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the profession.

Lynch, who began as Shaw's SID in 2021 and later named Director of Athletic Communications in 2025, oversees media relations, branding, and storytelling efforts for all of the university's athletic programs. His work has elevated the visibility of Shaw student-athletes and coaches through consistent coverage, digital innovation, and championship-level promotion across multiple sports.

The CSC Inclusion Fellowship provides opportunities for professional development, mentorship, and networking with industry leaders, while also amplifying the voices of underrepresented communicators across the country. Fellows participate in year-long programming and will be recognized at the annual CSC Unite Convention.

"This fellowship is a chance for me to continue growing as a professional while helping to open doors for others in our field," Lynch said. "I look forward to learning, sharing, and bringing back tools that will benefit Shaw, the CIAA, and the next generation of communicators."

"This recognition reflects Antoine's dedication to telling the stories of our student-athletes and ensuring that Shaw Athletics is represented at the highest level," said Shaw University Director of Athletics George Knox. "We are proud of his accomplishments and look forward to seeing him continue to grow as a leader in our profession."

Lynch joins a select group of communications professionals from across the nation chosen for the 2025-26 cohort. His inclusion marks another step forward in Shaw University's commitment to fostering leadership, representation, and inclusion across all areas of athletics.
