RALEIGH, NC - Shaw University head men's basketball coach Bobby Collins will be a part of history as he will be among the first group of coaches to facilitate the first-ever HBCU All-Stars Coaches Clinic at Georgia State University Convocation Center on Saturday, September 16, 2023. 

The clinic is set to serve the community and uprising coaches while also continuing the push of raising national awareness of HBCU basketball and the legacy and rich traditions attached to HBCUs.

"Being selected to participate in this first ever event is an honor and a privilege. I'm truly blessed. It is a chance to make history, to be a part of something special that will hopefully become a major event in HBCU athletics," Collins said.

Collins joins six other coaches from the CIAA, MEAC, SWAC and SIAC who will give presentations on individual topics and areas of coaching.
