RALEIGH, NC – The Shaw University men's and women's tennis teams will host Johnson C. Smith for an in home slate on Saturday, April 1 at 2 p.m. Both the men's and women's teams are coming off road victories against the Golden Bulls Tuesday. The matches will be played at Worthdale Park located on 1001 Cooper Road Raleigh, NC 27610.

The Bears (2-3) return home after defeating the Golden Bulls 9-0 which gave Shaw its second-consecutive win of the season. JCSU (2-8) looks to even the series against the Bears after falling to the Shaw in its last outing.

On the women's side, Shaw (12-2, 8-1 CIAA) defeated the Lady Blue Bears of Livingstone, 9-0 on Thursday. The Lady Bears will look to sweep the season series against the Golden Bulls on Saturday.

After Saturday's matchup, the Lady Bears will head to Winston-Salem State for a divisional contest on Sunday Apr. 2 at 2 p.m. while the Bears next matchup is scheduled for Monday, April 3, at Bluefield State with first serve slated for 1p.m.
