RALEIGH, N.C. -  For the third time under head coach DiShondra Goree, the Shaw University women's volleyball team has eclipsed the 20-win mark, as the Lady Bears picked up their sixth straight win at home with a 3-0 sweep over Livingstone College Monday night in the historic C.C. Juniors Michelle Olmeda-Gonzalez (San Juan, PR) recorded 15 assists while Christine Ngeve (Greensboro, NC) dished out 10 for the Lady Bears. Together they combined for six digs total.

The Lady Bears defeated LC 25-7 in both the first and second set, followed by a 25-13 win in the third for the sweep. Monday's victory gave Shaw the season sweep of Livingstone, as the Lady Bears picked up 3-0 win against the Lady Blue Bears earlier this year.
