Raleigh, NC - The Shaw University men's tennis team closed the season out on a high note as the Bears dominated Johnson C. Smith 7-0 Wednesday afternoon at Worthdale Park. 

With the win, the Bears finish the regular season at 6-7 while winning five out of their last six matches. 

Shaw jumped ahead 2-0 after collecting doubles wins from the parings of Martin Munoz and Romain Hennebelle (7-6) while Panashe Garah and Paul Chavoz came away with a 6-4 victory. 

The Bears kept the pressure on as they won all six singles matchups to secure the remaining needed points for the win.

Shaw will honor the senior Bears on April 24 at 1 p.m. at Worthdale Park.
